• Refunds requests must be sent within 14 days of receiving package.  Must show proof of damage. Send email to darkwingedloralei@gmail.com, add your contact information and reason for this request. Provide proof of damage.  
• Once we review your request, the refund will be issued. It will be back to original form of payment, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
